Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Ironbridge Growth ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Ironbridge Growth provides digital marketing and lead generation services exclusively for kitchen and bath remodeling companies. Our services include Facebook advertising, AI-powered lead management, landing page creation, and ongoing consulting.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate business information, respond to booked estimate appointments, and maintain professional conduct with leads generated through our services.
4. Payment Terms
Services are billed on a monthly retainer basis. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. Ad spend is billed directly to the client's Facebook account and is separate from the retainer fee.
5. Guarantee
Ironbridge Growth guarantees a minimum of 5 qualified estimate appointments within the first 30 days of service. If this guarantee is not met, we will continue working at no additional charge until delivered, provided the client shows up to all scheduled appointments.
6. Intellectual Property
All ad creatives, copy, and marketing materials created by Ironbridge Growth remain the property of Ironbridge Growth unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ironbridge Growth is not responsible for the closing rate of leads generated, market conditions, or results beyond our direct control. We are responsible only for delivering qualified estimate appointments.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Client remains responsible for any outstanding balances at time of termination.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
